We want our guests to have the best possible experience at La Luna and it starts from the moment you arrive at Cancun. We recommend to use a pre-arranged transfer to avoid the hassle of looking for a way to get to Tulum after a long flight.

The fleet of high quality vehicles equipped with air conditioning, undergo everyday mechanic check-up before starting their journey, in order to provide you with the best service available in the Yucatan peninsula. The drivers are courteous, reliable and ready to provide you a perfect service. 

When leaving the airport just follow the signs for Playa del Carmen/Tulum. It is a 2-hour drive of approximately 130km / 82 miles on one straight road. Just be aware of the many speed bumps all along the road! Signs will be warning you when you approach them, but at night they might be hard to see! Just be careful. 
 
When you arrive in Tulum, you have to make a left turn at the first traffic lights, follow the direction to Boca Paila/ Punta Allen. After approximately 6.5km / 4 miles you will find Cabanas La Luna on your left hand side. You will recognize it by the big moon sign at our entrance.

If you prefer a more economical method of traveling from the airport to Tulum, you can take a bus from the Airport that will take you to the bus station in Tulum downtown. To get from the bus station to Cabanas La Luna you will need to take a taxi.
